At Jagger.ma, we want your shopping experience to be as pleasant as finding the perfect pair of shoes for yourself or your children. Please review our general conditions for a confident shopping experience.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a purchase on Jagger.ma, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, available on our website. It is important to consult these conditions before making a purchase.

2. Price, Payment & Availability

  • Our prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), inclusive of all taxes.
  • The accepted payment method is cash on delivery.

3. Product Description & Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. The photos we use on our website are actual photos of the item as you will receive it.

4. Confirmation and Availability

Order Confirmation: As soon as you complete your purchase, a confirmation message will be sent to you by email (or your chosen channel). It will summarize the details of your order, so everything is clear between us.

Item Availability: We do our best to ensure that all models presented are available and their prices are up to date. If, exceptionally, an item becomes unavailable after your order, or its price has changed, we will inform you immediately to find the best solution together. We will only ship your order if you agree to proceed with the purchase.

5. Returns & Exchanges

At Jagger.ma, your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that online shopping does not offer the same experience as shopping in a physical store; this is why we have an easy exchange and return policy. You have the right to return unused items within 7 working days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging and condition. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for more details.

6. Order Cancellation & Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion. Common reasons why an order may be refused include:

  • The product is out of stock.
  • Errors in pricing or product description.
  • Violation of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

We will notify you by email or message if your order is canceled.

7. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified at any time. We encourage you to review them periodically before placing any order. By placing an order, you accept the conditions in force at the time of your purchase.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by Moroccan laws.

We know you're eagerly awaiting your little ones' new shoes and yours!

We collaborate with trusted logistics partners to ensure your packages arrive in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.

Here's how we organize ourselves to deliver to you quickly and efficiently.

1. Delivery Fees

Free delivery:

  • For any purchase of 2 items or more, delivery is free throughout Morocco. From the purchase of 2 items, your delivery is free!
  • Free delivery from 650 DH.

For single item orders, delivery is 39 DH.

2. Delivery Times

Shipments: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped the next business day.

Tangier, Rabat, Casablanca, Marrakech axis: Orders are generally delivered within 24H.

Rest of Morocco: Your items will generally arrive within 24h to 72h (working days).

3. Personalized Tracking of Your Package

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress in real-time.

Our customer service will personally notify you when your package is out for delivery. You'll know exactly when to expect your delivery person!

Easy Return and Exchange Policy

 Because Changing Your Mind is Allowed!

At Jagger.ma, we understand that sometimes an item may not fit perfectly, a size might be a bit snug, or a color might not match as expected. That's why we have implemented a simple and accommodating return and exchange policy, based on mutual trust, so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

1. Free and Easy Returns

Free return: Return shipping costs are on us. You don't have to pay or organize anything. We take care of everything.

Time to change your mind: You have 7 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return or exchange an item.

2. Deadlines for Returns & Exchange

Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of receipt of your order and is based on a fast and efficient exchange process. If you wish to exchange an item for another size if available, or for another model, you just need to:

- Contact our customer service via Whatsapp at +212 666 439 275 or by e-mail: jagger.commande@gmail.com to initiate the exchange.

- We will arrange for you the pickup of the item to be returned and the delivery of the new item to take place on the same day with our logistics partner. It's simple and fast!

3. Prerequisites for Returns & Exchanges

Any item eligible for exchange must be in its original condition, must not have been worn, must not have been soiled, must not have been washed, and the boxes and packaging must be intact.

The item must be returned with its original tags and packaging.

To ensure fast processing, our customer service will ask you to send clear photos of the item you wish to exchange, as well as its original packaging box, beforehand.

4. Transparent Refund Process

In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will take back the product and the refund will be promptly made by bank transfer upon receipt and verification of the returned package at our premises.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request.
